Karen Fredericks is an award winning children’s book illustrator. A recent project: “How To Build Your Own Country,” which Karen illustrated, was a Junior Library Guild Selection. In addition, it’s used in classrooms across the world to teach children about what it takes to run a country, and it has won just about every major children’s book award in Canada.
